I'm a bit torn here, guys.

Should I wait and submit things when I can get ahold of a scanner, or should I just use a digital camera?

Wait for the scanner. Trust me. Unless you have a really kickass camera and get a crappy scanner. Then go with the camera. Try testing out the camera and see if it looks good.

I have my scanner, it's my own computer that I don't have. It pretty much broke, and is getting fixed. =/ I can only use a digi camera on this computer. I don't think my dad's printer has a scanner in it.
